We offer standard screen printing, discharge and water base bringing. We also offer specialty inks like glow in the dark, metallic, puff and more. Unless specified, we will recommend a printing method based factors such as the artwork requirements, order quantity, order deadline, garment selection.
Standard Screen Printing
Plastisol is the traditional screen printing ink. It has excellent coverage on a wide variety of fabrics, many options for special effects, & comes in a huge array of colors. Colors can be matched and it can be printed on a wide variety of fabrics including cotton, polyester, nylon, rayon, and is durable.
Discharge Screen Printing
The best thing about discharge is the feel. Discharge printing uses a chemical process to bleach out the color of the garment only where the design is printed. This means we don’t have to print an extra layer of white called an underbase to make the top colors vibrant giving the print a soft feel and a vintage look. The drawback to consider is that the ink color is difficult to control.
Simulated Process Printing
Simulated process printing is ideal for photographic or colorful art but instead of halftones it uses tiny blocks of color that fit together like a puzzle. Cannot be be printed on Nylon for light garments.
