What type of custom printing do you offer?

We offer traditional screen printing, and sublimation services. Unless specified, we will recommend a printing method based factors such as the artwork requirements, order quantity, order deadline,  garment selection.

Traditional Screen Printing

Plastisol is the traditional screen printing ink. It has excellent coverage on a wide variety of fabrics, many options for special effects, & comes in a huge array of colors. Colors can be matched and it can be printed on a wide variety of fabrics including cotton, polyester, nylon, rayon, and is durable.

Discharge Screen Printing

The best thing about discharge is the feel. Discharge printing uses a chemical process to bleach out the color of the garment only where the design is printed. This means we don’t have to print an extra layer of white called an underbase to make the top colors vibrant giving the print a soft feel and a vintage look.  The drawback to consider is that the ink color is difficult to control.

Simulated Process Printing & CYMK

Simulated process printing and CMYK, is ideal for photographic or colorful art but instead of halftones it uses tiny blocks of color that fit together like a puzzle. Simulated process has an advantage over CMYK on dark garments because the prints are more vivid. Cannot be be printed on Nylonfor light garments. We recommend DTG for full color smaller jobs.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to before your order goes into the production queue.

What are setup fees?

With traditional screen printing, the artwork requires each color to be separated and burned onto it’s own silkscreen. The set-up fees cover the cost of the color separation and preparation for each screen.  We save the burned screens for 12 months, which means if you need to reorder within a next year, the set-up costs will be waived.
