Terms of Service

ARTWORK SUBMISSION
  • We accept artwork files from Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Accepted file formats are .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .tiff
  • Photoshop files must be submitted at 300 dpi. We do not accept low-resolution images or artwork.
  • Text should be converted to outlines in Illustrator or rasterized in Photoshop

We ask that print-ready artwork be submitted at the actual print size and that our clients carefully review submitted artwork. We are not responsible for:

  • Design errors or color selection errors in client artwork.
  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors
  • Damage to the product after delivery.

Upon submission of final artwork and garment selection, email of our clients a digital “mockup” of the job. This mockup details the artwork placement, garment selection and colors for client approval to begin printing the job.

DESIGN SERVICES

All artwork created by Camputee Press remains the sole property of Camputee Press and cannot be used without permission. Customers who have artwork created by Camputee Press are paying for the labor to create the art and the license to use the artwork created exclusively for print jobs ordered from Camputee Press. Should a customer decide they want to own their artwork outright; an additional fee will apply for the transfer of copyright to the customer.

PROOFING & PRESS CHECKS

We can set up an onsite press check upon request for a $50 fee. Press checks require that you or a representative from your company visit our shop and give final approval before we proceed. During a press check we can make adjustments to the color and halftone. Any changes to the artwork or size at this stage will incur additional costs. The person attending the press check must have full authority to approve the final print.

COLOR ACCURACY

Unless a specific Pantone Color is specified, we will reproduce color from your submitted artwork as closely as possible free of charge.  Please reference our our ink chart for a list of our free stock colors.

Pantone Colors are the industry standard for color matching. For an additional fee of $15 per color, we will custom match to a specified Pantone Color.

Water base and discharge inks require more work to match colors and have a higher degree of variation in the accuracy of their Pantone matching formulas. Water Based and Discharge inks are not guaranteed to match the Pantone color book.

Please note that color matching is not guaranteed to perfectly match due to a large number of variables which affect color matching.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our general turnaround time is 7-10 business days, beginning upon receipt of your final artwork files and approval of the digital mockup and 50% deposit (payable by Visa/Mastercard/AMEX, check, or cash). We do offer rush turnaround for additional fees. Let us know if you have a specific deadline and we will quote you accordingly. Payment is due upon receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

Accepted quotations and orders are not cancelable after deposit has been made unless all details are agreed upon in writing by both parties, including buyer’s agreement to assume a stated amount of termination charges. Termination charges will be based on the amount of work performed by Camputee Press to fill the customers order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We are committed to quality and stand behind our printing and services. We inspect all garments before, during and after printing to ensure the highest quality.  If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please let us know immediately. We will reprint any misprinted items that are brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery.  The garments must be unworn and we reserve the right to require you to return the original order before we begin discussion about refunds or reprints.

GARMENTS

You are welcome to provide your own garments, but if there are any misprints we cannot replace them. Our policy is to deduct all printing fees from any misprinted garments. Garment manufactories sometimes ship defective products. When this occurs, we will pull the garment from your order and your order will ship short. You will not be charged for defective goods.

RESALE PERMIT

Sales Tax can be waived by submitting your Seller’s Permit number.

SHIPPING

We will ship your order anywhere in the United States via FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified and can track your shipment on line. We offer free delivery within the 415 area code.

  • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
  • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery..
  • Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
